Serón Planetarium and Sky Observation

Route of the Millenary Holm Oaks
The route starts in El Marchal del Abogado, about 9 km from Serón on the A-1178 Las Menas road. Here we can already enjoy a large holm oak such as the “Carrasca de La Poza”. We leave towards the Cortijo del Pocico. We follow the track until we reach an autochthonous piece of Mediterranean holm oak forest with a varied undergrowth. We will recover the old path to the Serbal.

Rural Houses in Almería – L’Aqaba (Serón) L’Aqaba is an old mill 4.5km from the Serón village.
