The old watermill is finished to a very high standard and absolutely ideal if you want to get away from it all, as its rural location makes it idyllic, peaceful and serene. It is suited for a family/friends celebration, retreat or activity/relaxation break. Nearby you can explore the Los Filabres mountain range, visit the natural spring at Cela, visit mini Hollywood in Europe’s only desert or enjoy walking or cycling on the endless routes nearby. The Alhambra Palace at Granada is just over an hour away and the magnificent Lake Negratin just 45 minutes away for water sports etc.

The property is available for your exclusive use and comprises of 6 bedrooms (one double bed, two triple bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one room with a double sofa bed). All bedrooms are en suite. There is a downstairs lounge with TV/radio, an upstairs lounge both with comfortable sofa’s and lounge chairs, dining room with two dining room tables and a fully equipped kitchen that has range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafeteria, toaster and full range of cutlery and cooking utensils. Many Spanish cookbooks are available so you can cook your own delicious meal.

For the winter months a log burner is available and a pellet burner for central heating, and for when it gets very cold enough halogen fires for every bedroom.

An above ground swimming pool is available for your exclusive use along with sun-loungers, as are 8 mountain bikes and a studio for yoga, Pilates etc. There is a rooftop terrace looking down through the valley and many quiet areas for relaxation.

The price for exclusive use of the whole property is 135 Euros weekdays and 155 Euros on a Friday and Saturday. Minimum stay two nights.

For smaller groups of 1 -4 people we also have two apartments nearby that are complete with cooking facilities, tea/coffee makers, shower/bathroom use of the underground pool, Hot Spa, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, all for 35 Euros per person weekdays and 45 Euros per person on a Friday and Saturday. Minimum stay two nights.
