Circular tour of the mining town of Las Menas, visiting the most representative points of the place. We start the path in the parking lot next to the Aparthotel in the direction of the Monument erected in honor of the miners and the Forest Park. We pass in front of the Camping to the road “Vereda de Las Menas” in the direction of Los Cortijillos, passing through the ruins of what was once the bullring and very close to the Concepción mine.

We ascend towards the quarries where we will take an old path that goes to the Pozo de la Nieve that runs through the “Solana de las Menas”. After 2.02 km we go down in the direction of the Bridge until we reach a path where an old ditch runs (now piped) that will take us to the Hermitage of Santa Bárbara.

We cross the AL-5406 road towards the Bolonor ravine that we will continue ascending for 1.6 km passing by the houses of Don Alejo, Perdigones and El Rascador. At this point we take the direction of Las Menas through the ditch until we reach the path of El Rascador through which we will ascend passing in front of what was the Cinema, the “Roco” store and the miners’ Pavilions. From here we go to the Bridge and the Tolva Grande de Las Menas. We cross the road again and along the shoulder we go up to the path that will take us along what used to be the Carlos road to the gate of the Jota mine. Below the workshops, we cross the footbridge and find the entrance to the La Perdigona mine, we continue up the Las Menas ravine and arrive at the entrance to the Necesaria mine. We go to the Workshops by the lane that will take us to the old road of Serón (Vereda de las Menas) and we arrive again at the parking lot where we started.
