The Vía Verde del Almanzora, whose first steps for its transformation into a Vía Verde are already underway on the Guadix-Almendricos (Granada-Murcia) railway line. Purchena Greenway

PURCHENA, ALMERÍA

The tunnel that connects the municipality of Purchena with that of Olula del Río is finished, to end this section that connects Hijate with Olula del Río. The president of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Valle del Almanzora, Antonio Ramón Salas; the mayor of Olula del Río, Antonio Martínez Pascual and the Purchenera councilor Isabel María Sánchez Cruz, visited the works that will unite Hijate, Serón, Tíjola, Armuña, Purchena, Olula and Fines, in a walk suitable for the whole family and that allows enjoy nature.
