🎉 PURCHENA IS GETTING READY TO CELEBRATE! 🎉
From 22 to 26 August, Purchena is celebrating its Fair and Festivities in honour of San Ginés, and we’d like to invite all our neighbours, visitors and the people of Purchena – along with their children, grandchildren and descendants scattered across every corner of the world – to come and join in the celebrations. 🌍❤️
And we’re kicking things off a little early: on 21 August, we’ll be treated to a performance by the magician Álex Navarro, also known for his appearance in the popular TV series *Águila Roja*. 🪄✨
These will be a few days to catch up with one another, enjoy our streets, spend time with family and friends, and keep our traditions alive.
San Ginés brings a very special summer in Purchena to a close, following the Fiestas de la Virgen del Carmen and our iconic Aben Humeya Moorish Games.
And as every good festival deserves a grand finale, on 26 August we’ll bid farewell to San Ginés with our ‘Noche de Resaka’. 🎶🥳
Whether you’re from Purchena, have Purchena in your roots, or simply want to come and join in the fun with us, this is the festival for you.
