1st Ascent to the Saliente Santuary 2025

1ª Subida al santuario del saliente 2025🚗 ALBOX GIVES THE STARTING START 🏁 TO THE ‘FIRST RISE TO THE VIRGEN DEL SALIENTE SANCTUARY’🚗.

This morning, in a scenario full of history and symbolism as is the Plaza Mayor, next to the Town Hall of Albox and under the gaze of the patron saint of Albox, the ‘Pequeñica’, has been officially presented a preview of what will be the ‘I Subida al Santuario Virgen del Saliente 2025’.

This motor racing event, eagerly awaited by motor racing enthusiasts, will mark a before and after in the sporting panorama of the Almanzora region and the whole of Andalusia.
The choice of the location for this event is no coincidence: the surroundings of the Santuario del Saliente, a heritage jewel nestled in the heart of the Sierra de las Estancias, is witness to the deep connection between tradition, devotion and modernity.

The race, which will run along a winding and spectacular road, not only tests the skill of the riders, but also pays tribute to the scenic, cultural and spiritual value of this route, so deeply rooted in the collective imagination of Albox and its region.
