La Polaca Confectionery, founded in 1875.
Passion-crafted sweets and cakes
Located in the heart of the Sierra de las Estancias, in the town of Oria, this traditional confectionery is known for its candied sweets and cakes, made with traditional recipes.
In Confectionery the Polish, they continue using the recipes of the grandfather, some more modern machinery, but always keeping most of the process done by hand. For this reason the production is small, and thanks to that it retains its classic and so authentic flavor.
Founded in 1875, Confiteria la Polaca has been sweetening their homes for over 130 years.
Currently the sixth generation of confectioners are in charge of bringing the tastiest sweets in the region to their homes.
