Independent Rural House renovated in 2021 in the small village of El Ogarite, 2 km from the town of Oria.

Located in a quiet area to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, fields full of olive and almond trees, ideal for walking, hiking and mountain biking on the ramblas of the dry riverbed.

The house has an open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, central heating and utility room.

Guests can enjoy 2 outside spaces, a seating area outside the front door and a small private garden for sunbathing and relaxing.
