Fines and Olula connected by the Greenway.

As planned, this Thursday, May 4 at 1:00 pm, the walkway that connects the municipalities of Fines and Olula del Río through the crossing known as Vía Verde was enabled.

The route as it passed through the terms of Alcóntar, Serón, Tíjola, Armuña del Almanzora, Purchena and Olula del Río, had a budget of 1,846,597.88 euros provided by the central government. To this we add the 290,000 euros that has cost this gangway that connects the municipalities of Fines and Olula del Río and that from today allows a number of neighbors on foot or bicycle perform sports activities, avoid the danger of the access road to Olula del Río.

In the absence of an official opening that has a representative of the national government, the mayors of Fines, Olula and the president of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Almanzora, wanted to represent the opening of this step that is part of the Natural Path Program of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
