We wait looking at the sky
Storm clouds form at the end of August or beginning of September or later in mid-September, almost for San Miguel, the easterly winds and the foehn effect form those soft and continuous rains.
Still not cold
The mountain, so dry after the summer, is greening up.
It smells of damp mulch
It is the dream of mushroom lovers.
They appear among the pines, they come out in the riverbeds of the ravines, in the old cultivated lands long ago abandoned.
It is autumn. When looking for mushrooms, you walk off the beaten track, you soak up Nature, you discover those magical corners where it seems that no one else has ever been.
And suddenly, among the pine needles, surrounded by mosses, you come across that chanterelle or mushroom. You have found a treasure. And so you have.
You have discovered a magical place in the forest and a moment just for you.
Enjoy it
� Development:
-Explanation by a mycologist specialist and exhibition of varieties of mushrooms collected in the vicinity, detailed presentation of the world of mushrooms and fungi.
-Breakfast
-Vehicle approach of the participants to the place selected for the mushroom hunt, accompanied by the specialist.
-Lunch in the mountains (picnic).
-Return to the Posada.
-Exhibition of the mushrooms and fungi collected and explanation.
-Infusion and sponge cake
-Farewell
Duration: 7 hours approx. (10:00h – 17:00h)
Warm clothes and comfortable shoes are essential.
