Registration is open for the second edition of the Calar Alto Experience!
Organized by Azimuth with the invaluable collaboration of Luis Miguel Azorín from Natural Portraits, it is a weekend event especially aimed at lovers of astronomy and astrophotography, which we have the pleasure of re-editing this year after the success of the first edition held in June 2022.
The participants will have the opportunity to start the weekend with the Azimuth staff doing the Window to the Universe activity, to observe visually with the 1.23 m telescope at Calar Alto, and on Saturday morning making a daytime visit to the Calar Alto Observatory. After lunch on Saturday, our colleague and friend from Natural Portraits, Luis Miguel Azorín, teaches an intensive theoretical course/workshop on astrophotography, to finish by putting the theory into practice during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
This year’s edition will take place on the weekend of June 16, 17 and 18, don’t get lost, the available places were filled very soon last year!
