This is a fun WORKSHOP where you can learn to PREPARE ARTISAN BREAD in our WOODEN OVEN.

We will follow the process that has traditionally been used until the appearance of the industrial bakery, and finally each participant will take a sample of the bread pieces made during the activity.

We take care of putting what is necessary: ​​the Monitor, the ingredients, the traditional mill and trough, the wood oven …
