Wassy Restautant

Restaurante Wassy was founded in 1991 as a small venture in Albox, in the Almanzora Valley in Almería. What began as a family-run restaurant serving traditional cuisine gradually became a gastronomic landmark in the eastern Almería region.

Our journey has been guided by one conviction: cuisine is meaningful when it is rooted in the produce and respects the changing seasons. Everything else follows on from that.

Restaurante Wassy is the setting where chef Arpit Aneja brings his creative maturity to life. At the helm of our kitchen, the chef invites diners on a boundless journey, where the distances between northern India and Andalusia shrink with every bite.
