Bodegas Garcia Gil produces two types of red wine and one white according to the demands of the most exquisite palates and demands of our customers, SELECTION and AGING. (Always under the strict value of organic production).
After a first selection in the vineyard, a second one is made in the cellar.
The fermentation is controlled, resting in cask from 12 to 14 months the SELECTION and 6 months the AGING.
The composition of barrels is 50% American oak with intense toasting, 25% French oak selection and 25% central European oak Hungarian.
The grape varieties used are Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah and Garnacha.
After the elaboration and aging in barrels, it goes through the rounding phase in the bottle, a minimum of 12 months.
Surprising cherry red cherry color with purplish edges that mark a thin, clean and bright layer.
In the nose it has great concentration, powerful and deep, notes of red and black fruits with a nice balsamic background.
In the mouth it is broad, structured, fleshy, intense and sweet, with a creamy and enveloping sensation with a long and persistent finish.
Ideal to accompany red meats, white meats, game, meat stews, sausages and cured cheeses. It must be served between 15 and 18º.
