Meat Products “El Parrita”. Since 1969 the Sánchez Martínez family has been producing hams and sausages of recognized prestige in the municipality of Oria (Almería), located at more than 1000 meters of altitude, in the heart of the Sierra de las Estancias. The recipes handed down from generation to generation continue to be the guide for the manufacture of our products, made without preservatives, dyes or other artificial additives, resulting in a handmade product. Although, if something distinguishes our activity, it is because of our desire to manufacture products of outstanding quality. Proof of this is that we became the first meat industry approved by the European Union in the province of Almería.
