Our History
We are a restaurant dedicated to creating unique dining experiences in Serón. We focus on offering traditional Almerian dishes with fresh ingredients of the highest quality, driven by a deep respect for our grandmothers’ recipes and a genuine desire to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Our Philosophy
Since our childhood, we have grown through an unwavering love of Almeria’s cuisine and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each step has reinforced our fundamental belief in the power of Km. 0 products and the importance of tradition. We are passionate about what we do and are excited to share our culinary history with you.

- Chuletillas de choto al ajo cabañil con papas a lo pobre
- Carrillada al vino tinto de Laujar (pork chops with red wine from Laujar)
Fish:
- Red mullets with ajoblanco
- Caldereta de mariscos
- Red mullets stuffed with spinach and Serón ham.
Opening hours
Every day from 10 a. m. – 23 p. m.
Tuesday and Wednesday closed for staff rest.
