🪷 In this workshop, we invite you to stop, listen to your body and become aware of how small daily gestures can make a big difference to your health.

We will talk about ingredients that are safe for our health and how to identify and reduce toxins in our daily lives. It is not about changing our habits overnight, it is about broadening our perspective to make more conscious decisions.

✨ A moisturising cream with only 3 organic ingredients made by you (200 ml).

✨ We will give a talk to help you regain control over what goes into your body, understanding that taking care of yourself is a revolutionary and conscious act.

✨ A homemade meal prepared by us with local products.

✨ The freedom to know how to make your own creams based on what your skin needs.
