The night before the race, we look forward to seeing you in Sierro. This year, we are adding a PASTA PARTY so you can fill up your tanks while enjoying a great atmosphere with your fellow runners and good music. On Friday, you can pick up your race number, attend the technical briefing on the circuit, and enjoy dinner😉. Remember to purchase your dinner ticket when you register. Dinner will be on 12 June 2026 at 9:00 p.m. in Sierro.
The race will start the next day at 8:00 a.m. There are three different race categories:
– CAR 150: The queen distance changes much of the route to make it even more spectacular, seeking the limit with the Sierra de Baza Natural Park (Granada) and then crowning the Calar Alto Astronomical Observatory, at 2,160 metres above sea level. The average altitude of the entire route is around 1,800 metres above sea level.
– CAR 100: CAR100 is the intermediate distance, but it remains a challenging route, covering more than 100 km and more than 2,000 metres of elevation gain, also passing through the Calar Alto Astronomical Observatory and sharing the descent and return to Sierro with CAR150.
– CAR 50: This is the easiest distance. It covers more than 50 km, with an elevation gain of 1,200 metres or more. This is the most accessible and easiest option for intermediate riders.
