Artisan Seronese Goat Cheese

At Seronés Artesano we make excellent artisan goat cheeses. We have recently been awarded the bronze medal for the best cheese in the world in the goat cheese category.

We meet in Serón, a privileged environment in the heart of the Sierra de Los Filabres (Almería).

We make fresh and cured cheeses, always with goat’s milk. Some of our cheeses, once they have matured, are treated with spices and other products to produce new flavors such as rosemary, thyme, butter, paprika, oil, pepper or wine.
