La Cabarga Real is a carefully restored historic colonial-style house, originally built in the early 20th century by the foreign mining companies that drove the development of Las Menas de Serón. The restoration has respected the authenticity and character of the house as much as possible, preserving the essence of an era that forms part of the region’s history and mining heritage.

Situated in the very heart of the Sierra de los Filabres, our Superior Category Country House offers 6 en-suite rooms to accommodate up to 16 guests in a stunning setting of forests, mountains and tranquillity. It features spacious rooms (six beds), bathrooms, cosy communal areas, outdoor spaces and a swimming pool, ideal for relaxation, socialising and enjoying nature.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, wildlife spotting and exploring the mining heritage of Las Menas. It is not uncommon to spot mountain goats, deer, birds and other species that inhabit these mountains.
