Serón Ham and Sausage Fair 2026

The 30th Serón Ham and Cured Meats Fair 2026 will take place on the first weekend of July (3–4 July), with the National Ham-Carving Competition on Friday and the major food fair and the Jamón Rock Festival on Saturday.

The Serón Ham and Sausage Fair is the most important gastronomic event in the Almanzora Valley and one of the best known in the province of Almería. Held since 1995 on the first weekend of July, it brings together producers from across the region to showcase and offer tastings of their artisan meat products. The National Ham Carving Competition and the Jamón Rock Festival are two of its most popular highlights.
