### What makes us different

We are in no hurry, and you can taste it in every bite. We work with cultivated sourdough and slow processes to offer you an honest product.

Cold fermentation (12 hours): Our ciabatta breads rest patiently to achieve a more intense aroma, a deep flavour and much easier digestion thanks to the natural breakdown of gluten.

Variety of grains: We select the best wheat, rye and spelt grains.

Quality ingredients: We use organic seeds for our speciality breads.

🍞 Signature breads: Traditional wheat, intense rye and nutritious spelt.

🥖 Long-fermented ciabattas: Crispy on the outside, honeycombed on the inside.
