The Líjar 2025 Festivities will be held from Friday 26th to Monday 29th September, offering a variety of activities for all ages.
Friday, 26th September
The first day begins at 9 p.m. with the opening speech and a tasting of cold meats. The evening will continue with music from the Nova Boreal orchestra at 11 p.m., followed by the election of the Queens and Mister of the 2025 Festivities. The day will culminate with a session by DJ Sanlos.
Saturday, 27 September
The day kicks off with the Midday Fair at 2:00 p.m. In the afternoon, there will be a flamenco performance by Mario Ruiz and children’s games with mats. In the evening, the music returns with the Nova Boreal orchestra and the Kaliope Trio.
Sunday, 28 September
Sunday is a day full of activities. In the morning, there will be a Disney parade at 12:30 p.m. and a paella for everyone at 2:00 p.m. The afternoon will be dedicated to the traditional ribbon races for children and adults, a balloon party, and a tasting of local sweets and chocolate. The day ends with a novena and procession in honour of San Blas and dancing with the Cuarteto Caramelo.
Monday, 29 September
The last day of festivities, in honour of San Blas, begins with a mass and procession at 12:00 noon. After the Midday Fair, the afternoon offers dancing with the Kaliope Duo. The festivities will end with a final fireworks display.
